We welcome you and your pet to Deerfoot South Spay, Neuter and Wellness Clinic. Our mission is to offer affordably priced spays and neuters for dogs and cats in Calgary and neighboring areas. We believe that by doing so we are helping the community in providing better health and well-being to our furry friends. Our hospital also offers veterinary care for the overall well-being of your pet by providing a wide range of diagnostic and therapeutic services including annual exams, vaccinations, tattoo/microchip for pet identification, digital radiography, dental cleanings and extractions with emphasis on preventative medicine.

We primarily offer spay and neuter surgeries for companion animals. Our veterinary clinic features a state-of-the-art surgical suite with latest digital monitoring including blood pressure monitoring, pulse oximetry and electrocardiogram. These helps in the precise and continuous monitoring of your pet during anesthesia in order to ensure safety during the surgical procedure. We also follow strict pain management protocols to ensure comfort and safety of your pet during and after the surgery. Following the surgery, we keep your pet under close surveillance for a short period of time until complete recovery. Once we are confident that your pet is ready for pick up we will contact you for the same. We always send every pet home with a full list of at-home postoperative care instructions.
